How much does a complete packaging setup cost per order, per 100 orders, per month, and per year at your volume?
Formula
Cost per order = box or mailer + tape + label + void fill + insert. Monthly cost = cost per order × monthly orders. Annualized cost = monthly cost × 12.
Worked example
500 orders per month at $0.42 box, $0.04 tape, $0.08 label, $0.12 void fill, and $0.05 insert = $0.71 per order, $355 per month, $4,260 per year, $71 per 100 orders.
